Ethiopia Guji — washed

Apricot, bergamot, black tea. Light roast. Best as pour-over. 250g bag.

Colombia Huila — washed

Milk chocolate, red apple, caramel. Medium roast. Good any way you brew it. 250g bag.

Sumatra Mandheling — wet-hulled

Dark chocolate, cedar, earth. Dark roast. Stands up to milk. 250g bag.

All three roasted every Friday morning and shipped Friday afternoon.
